With reference to press reports about the preventive seizure carried out against our company on 13.10.2021, we would like to specify that the matter which is the subject of current attention by the Milan Public Prosecutor's Office relates to a supply dating back to the years 2013 and 2014 .

The issue has already been the subject of a tax settlement without tax recovery.

We are therefore certain to be able to clarify the issue in an equally transparent and definitive way also in criminal proceedings, in the context of which we have already activated a positive dialogue with the Judicial Authority.

In the light of the above, we (with the usual transparency and correctness that has always characterized our work) want to inform you and guarantee that Lattonedil S.p.A. will punctually honor all its commitments, as it has always done
up to now.

Industrial production activities have not been affected by the judicial measure, and continue regularly with results of absolute importance.
